Through this website, we only collect and retain the information you choose to send to us through the contact form on the Contact page (i.e., your name, email address and any information you include in your message, including the subject line).  If you communicate with us by means other than through the contact form, we may collect and retain any information you provide in such communication, we well. 

We collect and use this information for customer service purposes (in order to provide legal services, respond to your inquiries, or otherwise communicate with you in response to your initiation of contact). 

We will retain it for as long as necessary for that purpose. 

We will not attempt to learn your identity or address from the coded data your computer may automatically send when you visit websites.

Except with your permission, we will not use your personal information for promotion or marketing.  Except with your permission (or to end abusive emails, in the unlikely event that is necessary), we will not share your personal information with others.
